DIY: Flower Ice Cubes

Are you looking for a way to get creative while you’re celebrating?

Well, look no further than my super fun idea for flower ice cubes.

These are perfect for any occasion from adding a Decorative Touch to your bucket of bubbly or even tossing in some edible flowers for a unique summertime treat.

These not only look pretty but they are also easy to make.

You can use almost any type of flower you want but to give it an extra special Flair, try and use something right for the occasion.

For example, if it’s a Valentine’s Day thing, why not throw in some small roses?

In the spring, you could even try tulips or lilies.

No matter what you decide to use, you can transform a boring bucket of ice or the cubes in your rocks glass to something pretty and unique.

Making these couldn’t be easier since you’ve probably got everything you need already on hand.

Ready?

The entire list of Essentials includes ice cube trays, flowers of your choice and water – that’s it!

The first thing you’ll want to do is to cut up your flowers into small pieces.

Next, sprinkle them into your ice cube trays and fill them up.

Remember to be careful when pouring the water in. A pro tip – don’t fill the water all the way to the top of the tray. If you need to, use your fingers to push the pedals down into the tray.

After you’re done, simply place the tray in your freezer and in about four or five hours you’ll have beautiful ice cubes!

Feel free to use them to decorate a champagne bucket or your favorite cocktail and enjoy!
